CBTU SUBURBAN TRAIN - RECIFE
In 2010, CBTU awarded CAF the production and supply of 15 units for mass passenger transport in the Recife system. The trains are made up of 4 cars and up to 2 units can be coupled via automatic coupler to increase passenger capacity.
The trains are part of the planned improvements for the metro system in this region. This new awarding sees CAF strengthen its strategic foothold in Brazil providing efficient transport solutions.
