STOCKHOLM TRAM

CAF is the supplier for the Urbos trams for Storstockholms Lokaltrafik (SL AB), the company responsible for the transport network in the city of Stockholm. These are low-floor bidirectional trams, models A35 and A36, consisting of 3 and 4 modules, respectively.

The trams belong to the Urbos AXL family, equipped with axle bogies, which combine modern aesthetics with state-of-the-art equipment. The unit has an accessible and unobstructed design by eliminating existing barriers to move along the vehicle, while facilitating the exit and entry of passengers to and from platforms.

These trams have been specially designed for the extreme weather conditions of the Nordic country and have the most advanced equipment in terms of safety and comfort.
