CAF’s Net Profit after Corporate Income Tax, at the 30th of June, 2010, amounted to 52 million euros.

The Backlog at the 30th of June, 2010 lies at 4,308.3 million euros, i.e. approximately a 3% increase on the Backlog at the 30th of June, the year before.

CAF signed on Wednesday, December the 2nd, a contract to supply 12 Trains for Metro de Medellín (Colombia). This deal amounts to €70 million.

At the end of the first half of 2009 CAF has obtained net profit, after taxation, of 52.5 million euros.

CAF’s Backlog at the 30th of June, 2009 amounted to 4,189.5 million euros, which is an improvement on the backlog at the end of the first half of 2008. Of the current backlog, more than 45% relates to foreign market projects.
