At the end of the first half of 2009 CAF has obtained net profit, after taxation, of 52.5 million euros.
CAF’s Backlog at the 30th of June, 2009 amounted to 4,189.5 million euros, which is an improvement on the backlog at the end of the first half of 2008. Of the current backlog, more than 45% relates to foreign market projects.
CONSOLIDATED GROUP RECORDS
The Net Turnover at 30 June, 2009 is 622.7 thousand euros, i.e. an increase of 121.2 million euros (24.16%) on the amount in the same period in 2008.
The net Profit for the year, after Company Taxation, as of 30 June, 2009, amounted to 52.5 million euros i.e. a 19.17% increase over the profit after taxation for the first half of 2008.
