The General Shareholders Assembly, held on the 7th of June, 2008, at the proposal of the Board of Directors agreed to share a gross dividend of 8,5 euros/share which would be paid on the 7th of July, 2008, with the appropriate legal retentions, leaving a net amount of 6,97 euros per share.
