The General Shareholders Meeting, held on the 7 th of June, 2003, modified the Statutes by including a new article (37bis) which regulates the Audit Committe.

The General Meeting of Shareholders held on 10th June 2006 modifies the Articles of Association by including the changes in the Articles relating to the following:
- Art. 16 Convening of the General Meeting
- Art. 22 Public representation request
- Art. 26 Right to information. Adaptation to the standard in force
- Art. 37bis to enable the creation of a consultative commission.
- Deletion of the transitory provisions in the Articles of Association.
