The General Shareholders Meeting, held on the June 7, 2003, modified the Articles by including a new article (37bis) which regulates the Audit Committee.

The General Shareholders Meeting held on June 10, 2006 modifies the Articles by including the changes in the Articles relating to the following:
- Art. 16 Call to General Meeting
- Art. 22 Public representation request
- Art. 26 Right to information. Adaptation to the standard in force
- Art. 37bis to enable the creation of an advisory committee.
- Deletion of the transitory provisions in the Articles of Association.
