Production

The first step in production

is the treatment of the iron and steel by shot-blasting to clean, polish and harden the surfaces.

This material is then cut using either laser or plasma. This way, the product’s subassemblies are ready for assembly at the shop.

Assembly:
PTruck frames are assembled by means of automated weld. Concurrently, the large assemblies making up the vehicle’s main sections are fabricated and assembled to form the carbody structures. The carbodies are assembled starting with the underframe, sides and ceiling, which have already been produced as subassemblies.

Meanwhile, wheels and axles are produced in our forge and lamination shops. Later, these parts are machined using CNC machines and are sent to the final assembly line for motor or trailer trucks.

Simultaneously to the assembly process, the carbodies are painted and fitted with other components:

  • Electric wiring
  • Communication Systems
  • Technical equipment
  • Seats and interior items

Following some finishing touches, the carbodies and trucks are assembled. The vehicle is now assembled, but before being released from the plant, it must be finely tuned.
