The ORION system is a train “black box”, which records and transmits train parameters (date, time, speed, etc.). These parameters remain in a static memory, even without a power supply and under extreme conditions, until the parameters are downloaded for subsequent analysis. The potential of this system is based on the following parameters:
- Size: It provides optimum charactgeristics in a reduced size.
- Modularity: The ORION recorder is adapted to customer requirements.
- Multi-interface: The ORION events recorder can record and transmit existing data in different communication buses: MVBm Ethernet, etc.
