Mexico Suburban Railway
As an example of the previous solution, CAF executed the following operation: Mexico Suburban Railway.
Basic project parameters:
- 30 years concession.
- 26 km of track which can be extended to 79 km
- 7 stations:
- 2 terminals.
- 5 intermediate stations.
- Passengers:
- 400,000 passengers/day
- 120 M passengers/year
- 20 four car units.
- 6 minute interval at peak time.
- Concessionary investment: 385 million euros.
