All vehicles made by CAF have a warranty period adapted to their characteristics and to each customer's needs.

In CAF, we adapt to the customer's needs to assist them as required.

CAF gives technical assistance at the most convenient location for each customer, in order to achieve the highest availability level for each train fleet.

To this end, we have more than 30 assistance centers in Spain and abroad, among them, the most outstanding being:

  • Monterrey (Mexico)
  • Buenos Aires (Argentina)
  • Amsterdam (Holland)
  • Londres (England)

Throughout the whole warranty and after-sale period, our own computer network communicates each shop directly with its main center, thus allowing on-time information. shipping and receiving.

This computer network is directly linked to each CAF factory's Technical Department. This permanent communication allows fast and efficient access to documentation, data and technical specifications of all products, spare parts and materials used.

CAF works with all its customers to solve the problems that can arise during vehicle commissioning and optimizes the product's performance by implementing the necessary improvements.

As well as the warranty service and final fine-tuning, we train our customers' employees and technicians, providing:

  • Training for the vehicle operators.
  • Training courses for the maintenance technical staff.
