Vehicle modernization, updating and Refurbishment are also traditional activities in CAF's history.
In CAF we extend the old vehicles´ operating life, either by updating its equipment or by creating new designs. We replace the obsolete equipments with other technically up to date ones, or we give them a new external design, guaranteeing a new look to the trains.
We have interior design and manufacturing services for all kinds of railway vehicles. CAF deals with vehicle transformation projects, redesigning trains in order to adapt them to an activity different from the one they had previously performed.
