Vehicle modernization, updating and transformations is also a traditional activity in CAF´s history.
In CAF we extend the old vehicles´ operating life, either by updating their equipment or by creating new designs. We replace the obsolete equipments with other technically more modern ones, or we give them a new external design. As a result the train updating is guaranteed, achieving levels of reliability and availability in accordance with current requirements.
