Technical Support Service - TSS


All Caf built vehicles boast a flexible warranty period adapted to the characteristics and requirements of each customer, as necessary, resulting in high availability and reliability ratios for each train depot. To this end, we have more than 50 assistance centers in Spain and abroad.

During the provision of final fine tuning and warranty services, we train our customers' employees and technicians regarding equipment functionality and maintenance activities.

Customer satisfaction and smooth unit running is of utmost important for our company. CAF boasts experienced professionals, specialising in the service and with internationjally renowned equipment supplier

CAF helps all its customers to solve the problems that can arise during vehicle commissioning and optimizes the product´s facilities by adding the necessary improvements. This is where the After-Sales Engineering Department comes into play, with a team of specialist professionals:

  • Analysing and solving possible problems detected on the vehicles during the warranty period.
  • Continuous Improvement Close relationship with the Production and Design Engineering Department for continuous product improvement.
  • Assessment and improvement of the service quality or functionality indicators.
  • Detection of areas for improvement.
  • Maintenance Service improvement support.
The After Sales Engineering services are included in the scope of supply, during the Warranty period. This service can also be contracted outside the Warranty period.
