The Company holds treasury stock relating to the transactions under the liquidity contract reported to the Spanish Securities Exchange Commission (CNMV) on 26 April 2022 (notice of Other Relevant Information no. 15753), even if it does not exceed the 1% threshold that requires reporting to the CNMV by law.
I. Kutxabank S.A. holds the direct ownership interest, although the indirect holder is Bilbao Bizkaia Kutxa Fundación Bancaria, which controls Kutxabank S.A.
II. Daniel Bravo Andreu holds indirect ownership interest, although the indirect holder is Danimar 1990, S.L.
III. Indumenta Pueri, S.L. is the indirect holder. The direct holder is Global Portfolio Investments, S.L., a company controlled by Indumenta Pueri, S.L.
IV. Instituto Vasco de Finanzas is the indirect owner, with FINKATZE CAPITALA FINKATUZ, S.A.U. holding the direct stake.
