MOBILITY WITHOUT BARRIERS
Civity trains fully comply with PRM TSI, offering best accessibility conditions to all types of passengers. These trains are designed in order to meet the needs of travellers with reduced mobility, passengers traveling in wheelchairs and people with visual or hearing impairments. The central area of each car can be configured with exclusive areas for wheelchairs and universal toilets adapted wheelchair users.
To facilitate PRM access to the train, Civity is fitted with the following types of boarding devices:
- A gap covering step
- A low step
- Wheelchair ramp
- Wheelchair lift
