KANSAS CITY STREETCAR

CAF is the supplier of new streetcars which run on the Kansas City Downtown line. These units are based on the Urbos platform. This is a 100% low floor, 3 module vehicle, making passenger boarding and alighting and movement inside the unit all the more easier.

These streetcars run on a new line 3.5 km long from Union Station to the City Market. The system opened for service on May 6, 2016.

These units have been produced at CAF's production plant in Elmira, in the state of New York.
