OSLO TRAM
CAF is to supply the new trams for Sporveien, the urban public transport operator in the capital city of Norway. These 5-module, fully low-floor trams are part of the Urbos range manufactured by CAF.
The tram design includes special features to withstand the demanding weather conditions that are typical of Norway, as well as state-of-the art systems such as the head-up display, anti-collision radar, WiFi, USB chargers, double-sided passenger information display system, etc.
The Urbos range of vehicles are intended to reduce their environmental impact throughout their entire useful life, starting with their design, manufacture, energy consumption, right up to their recyclability.
