CAF increased turnover and profits in the first quarter of 2012 compared to the same period of 2011

Orders on Hand as of the 31st of March, 2012 lie at €4,977.5 M, i.e. 12% increase on Orders on Hand as of the 31st of March, the year before.

CAF signs two new contracts in Saudi Arabia for the railway company “Saudi Railway Company“ (SAR) and for “Saudi Railways Organization” (SRO)

Contract for the Supply of Birmingham Metro Trams (United Kingdom)

CAF’s profits at the end of septemper, 2011, up 8% compared to the third quarter of 2010.

The Net Turnover as of 30th of September, 2011, is 1,202.3 mill. euros, i.e. 87.5 (7.8%) mill. Euros more than in September, 20010. Also, the percentage of turnover relating to exportation is 77.24%.
