CAF is awarded the supply of 302 cars for Metro Madrid, including their maintenance

CAF's consolidated performance for the 1st half of 2008 delivers a net income of €44 M, which marks a 21% year-on-year increase over the same period in 2007

The Net Turnover as of 30th June 2008 is €501.6 M, i.e. 14% over the same period in 2007

CAF to supply Suburban and Metro Units to the city of São Paulo. This operation amounts to a total of €626 M

CAF has signed two important contracts in Brazil for the delivery of train units to São Paulo, one of the biggest cities of the world with a population of 20 million people and the capital of the most dynamic and industrialized State in Brazil.

CAF’s Backlog at the 31st of March, 2008 is at 3.225 million euros, i.e. a 3.3 % increase on the Backlog at the 31st of March, last year.

The Net Turnover at the 31st of March, 2008, lies at 251,9 million euros, i.e. 23,3 million euros (10.2%) more than in March, 2007 (with 43% relating to the foreign market.
