The CAF group’s order portfolio as of 31.12.04 stood at 2,445 (2 million euros), a 53.8% increase on the 31.12.2003 figure
Contracts during 2004 amounted to 1.433 billion euros. The most important contracts in 2004 included: High-speed trains and displaceable wheels for RENFE (approximately 400 million euros), coaches for the Brussels Metro company (over 100 million euros), various series for the Madrid Metro company (500 million euros), 6 additional trains for the Rome Metro company (44 million euros), as well as important maintenance contracts totalling over 400 million euros.
