Our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), designed and adapted to railway maintenance requirements allows for CAF to manage and control maintenance activities both efficiently and optimally.

Strategic procurement processes together with our logistics centres guarantee availability of the spare parts to ensure fleet operation objectives. Part of our daily task involves providing a solution for obsolete equipment.

This all results in optimal train reliability, availability, maintainability and safety indicators, lower product life cycle costs and optimum fleet service quality parameters, with a focus on continuous improvement of future products with state-of-the-art technology.
