CAF has long-standing experience in the provision of an after-sales support service for all its products. Wherever its trains are operating, CAF has set up flexible technical support teams formed by highly qualified technicians, to provide a solution to any unforeseen situations that may arise during the train operation.
All CAF projects are supported by its After-Sales Engineering Service, dedicated to analyzing and maximizing the fleet service quality parameters, and to designing and implementing actions to improve such parameters.
In turn, any improvement that is identified and implemented during the train operating period, in any country whatsoever, is centralised and transmitted to Product Engineering, thereby ensuring a correct feedback for future designs and the continuous improvement of subsequent products.
This all results in optimal train reliability, availability, maintainability and safety indicators, a lower product Life Cycle Cost and the subsequent customer satisfaction, whilst also leading to the continuous improvement of future products.
