Public Notice - DISADVANTAGED BUSINESS ENTERPRISE GOAL FOR FEDERAL FISCAL YEAR 2024

Pursuant to 49 CFR Part 26, CAF USA Inc., a TVM, hereby proposes an overall goal of 6.28% for Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation in subcontracting opportunities on projects during Federal Fiscal Year 2024. 

The goal and its rationale are available for public review for 30 days at the address listed below.  Although less stringent, COVID-19 protocols are still being observed, so please call to make an appointment prior to coming in.

Hours of operation are Monday and through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. 

Comments on the DBE goal will be accepted until July 31, 2023.  Please address comments to:
