SUBURBAN TRAIN HEATHROW EXPRESS
In 1995, CAF signed the contract to supply electric units to Heathrow Express. Specifically, 14 trains and 14 trailer cars were produced, with the trains each consisting of 3 cars. These units provide for comfortable, high-speed transportation of passengers on the Heathrow Airport to Paddington Station line. One year later, new trailer cars were produced to be able to couple them to the existing trains.
